The Process

The process is easy and can be done in 10 working days usually.
  • Discuss the business activities to get information regarding the license and expenditure. You will be given a portal account on which to send the online application.
  • Application fee of AED 1,035 will have to be paid to submit the application. DMCC manages the company name reservation as well as compliance approval.
  • After you sign all the documents and pay the registration and license fees, DMCC will issue a provisional approval and bank letter so you can open a company bank account for your new venture.
  • Company setup is easy and because of the digital setup process you do not have to be physically present but can set up a company without visiting DMCC from anywhere in the world.
  • Once you sign the documents and get the e-license you are ready to do business in DMCC.
